Melonie Ann Smith, 38, of South Fulton died Aug. 6, 2012, in South Fulton.
Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Hornbeak Funeral Home in Fulton, with interment following in the Obion County Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call at the funeral home 5-7 p.m. Thursday and on Friday until the hour of services.
