Kindermusik classes offered at The Dixie

Kindermusik returns to The Dixie this fall with classes taught by Amy Martin of Paris. Regular weekly classes for toddlers and pre-schoolers will begin in September and guests are invited to two special events in August to introduce children and their families to the magic of Kindermusik. 
The first event is Kindermusik Playdate PICNIC DAY Aug. 10 from 10-10:45 a.m. The Playdate is a one-time class that brings families together for a full-length session of singing, dancing, instruments, and playing together through music.
Cost is $12 for class, instrument, and music for home. Class size is limited. Advance registration is requested. Children ages 12 months to 4 years with parents/guardians are welcome.
The second event will be FAMILY MUSIC DAY Aug. 25 from 4-5 p.m. Bring the whole family out for a fun afternoon together. There is no charge for this event. Guests can enjoy singing, dancing, playing and laughing together, the Kindermusik way. Advance registration is requested. Children ages 12 months to 4 years with parents/guardians are welcome.

Kindermusik is the world’s most respected program of movement and music for young children.
Each class session includes age-appropriate activities in movement, playing instruments, singing, listening, and learning through music. Ms. Martin is a lifelong musician and Kindermusik educator since 2004.
She said she is dedicated to making each of her classes a special place for children and families to grow together and to begin a lifelong love of music and learning.
