CAMP IMAGINATION – The Arts Co-op, located on Lindell Street in downtown Martin, hosted its annual Imagination Art Camp last week. Little artists had an opportunity to experience pottery, batik, illusion illustrations, tie-dying T-shirts and painting. The week ended with an exhibited art show Friday at The Arts Co-op. The students work will be on display at The Co-op through Saturday. Students and their local art teachers participating in the Imagination Camp included (front, from left) Christopher Zickel, 4; Taylor Longacre, 6; Deion Hammond, 9; Jaycee Pearcee, 10; (middle row) Julianne Fowler, 10; Blake Longacre, 11; DyNasia Johnson, 11; Mary Kate Jones, 12; teachers Cindy and Jacquelyn Zickel; (back) Melodi Clayton, 11; teachers C.T. Hill and David Sheridan. Art students not pictured, but also a part of the camp included Jaiden and Jacey Mangiaracinia, Maddox Melton, Brady Coleman and Linus Pulley.
