Police are investigating a vandalism reported Thursday at a Union City church building.
Two windows were broken out at Mount Zion CME Church at 410 Greenwood St., according to a Union City Police Department report.
Pastor Darrell Turner told police he had been at a conference since Sunday and returned Thursday to find the windows broken. No entry had been made to the church.
Police said the windows are located on the northeast corner of the building, next to the street, where hundreds of people walk by each day. The two windows broken are side by side. One of them had been broken in the past and replaced with plexiglass and the other was a glass window, according to the report.
