FAMILY FUSS — Zach Reed (seated left) plays conservative pastor the Rev. Local teens who comprise the cast of the musical drama auditioned in May and had six weeks to memorize the script before meeting for two weeks for a workshop to block, choreograph and sing the show. “Footloose” opened last weekend at the Capitol Theatre in downtown Union City, and the final three performances are set for this weekend. The show will be presented Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and, finally, Sunday at 2 p.m. Tickets are $10 each and are available at Lanzer Printing and Office Supply Co. downtown. |
