Fidelia Ann Campbell, 75, Tiptonville died Wednesday, June 20, 2012, at The Bridge at Ridgely. She was a retired waitress for Boyette’s, a member of Calvary Independent Baptist Church and active in Tiptonville Senior Citizens. Services were set for 1 p.m. today at Calvary Independent Baptist Church, with Bro. Carey Calhoun and Bro. Carl Southerland officiating. Burial was to follow at Crockett Chapel Cemetery in Tiptonville. Pallbearers were to be Artie Lynch, Jacob Lynch, George Black, Jackie Isbell, Jerry Southerland and Buddy Dean. Dyersburg Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Survivors include her two daughters, Patricia Lynch and husband, Artie, and Judy Calhoun and husband, Carey, all of Tiptonville; a stepdaughter, Janette Spence of Tiptonville; a sister, Betty Hopper of Troy; a brother, James Richard Fields of Eugene, Ore.; nine grandchildren, Katie Black, Jacob Lynch, Brandy Blackburn, Amber Isbell, Anna Calhoun, Paige Baty, Paula Hemshrot, John Spence and Jennifer Hyde; and 17 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mark Campbell; her parents, J.W. and Lagretta Terrell Fields; a stepson, John Mark Camp-bell; and a brother, Gene Fields.
