The Union City School System has announced the following lunch menus for May 17-21:
Union City High School
Monday, May 17 — Baked chicken nuggets or baked hot wings, corn on the cob, French fries, macaroni and cheese, roll, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Tuesday, May 18 — Meat loaf with Texas toast, mashed potatoes with gravy, salad cup, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Wednesday, May 19 — Baked potato with ham and cheese, manager’s choice of vegetables, Texas toast, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Thursday, May 20 — Mexican turkey casserole with chips, manager’s choice of vegetables, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Friday, May 21 — Cheeseburger with bun, French fries, fresh sandwich salad cup, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Note: Union City High School offers fiesta bar, reduced-fat pizza bar and fresh salad bar options daily.
Union City Middle School
Monday, May 17 — Baked chicken nuggets, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, roll, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Tuesday, May 18 — Beef taco with shell, pinto beans, taco salad cup, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Wednesday, May 19 — Baked potato with ham and cheese, manager’s choice of vegetables, Texas toast, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Thursday, May 20 — Mexican turkey casserole with chips, manager’s choice of vegetables, assorted canned and fresh fruits, and low-fat milk and skim milk.

Breakfast

Tuesday, May 18 — Cinnamon twist doughnut or cereal with toast and jelly, juice and milk.
Wednesday, May 19 — Ham and cheese bar or cereal with cinnamon toast, juice and milk.
Thursday, May 20 — Cinnamon toast or cereal with graham cracker, juice and milk.
Friday, May 21 (half-day, last day of school) — Pop Tarts or cereal with graham cracker, juice and milk.
Lunch
Monday, May 17 — Pizza or corn dog, sweet potatoes, green beans, applesauce, graham cracker and milk or juice.
Tuesday, May 18 — Travelin’ Taco with chips or chicken fajita wrap, whole kernel corn, pinto beans, blueberries, dessert and milk or juice.
Wednesday, May 19 — Sloppy joe with bun or barbecue with bun, baked beans, slaw, orange wedge, dessert and milk or juice.
Thursday, May 20 — Peanut butter and jelly Munchin’ Meal or tuna salad with crackers, assorted chips, carrot sticks with dressing, pickle spears, assorted fresh fruit and milk or juice.
Friday, May 21 (half-day, last day of school) — No lunch served.
