Several roads in Weakley County are three feet under water at this time. Weakley County EMA Director Jamison Peevyhouse has reported areas underwater include:
Highway 45 between Sharon and Greenfield
Highway 124 in Greenfield.
Peevyhouse also reported flash flooding in the northeast quadrant of Greenfield with some areas seeing two to three feet of water. The North Fork of the Obion River near Martin has risen three feet in two hours. Multiple lightning strikes, cloud to ground, have been reported throughout Weakley County.
At this time, phones are out of service in Dresden.
