UT Martin to host business tax seminar on Aug. 19
The Tennessee Department of Revenue, Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants and the University of Tennessee - Martin will co-sponsor the annual 2010 Tennessee Business Tax Seminar on Thursday, Aug. 19 from 8:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. in the Boling University Center, located on the Tennessee Martin campus.
This seminar is designed to provide current, in-depth information on Tennessee tax issues.

Mt. Pleasant holds Decoration Day
Mt. Pleasant Cemetery Decoration Day will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, July 17.
An unveiling of the new monument dedicated to the Mt. Pleasant church of Christ that once stood on the grounds will be held. There is normally a cool breeze stirring on the hill at Mt. Pleasant so come and visit with old friends and make new ones.
