Girls of all ages across Weakley County turned out for the ‘Fancy Nancy Tea Party’ held Sunday afternoon at the C.E. Weldon Public Library. They dressed in their fanciest and played games, made paper flowers and bejeweled crowns and enjoyed refreshments and plenty of girl time.
The Martin library has 15 new “Fancy Nancy” book titles available for reserve. The popular “girl” book offers recipes, lessons on party manners, how to be a good hostess, what to wear and styling tips.
