Bonita Kaye Hutchison, 77, of South Fulton passed away 10:35 a.m., Thursday, July 9, 2020, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis. She was a former resident of Cayce, Ky.
Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home. Dr. Ron Cox will officiate. Burial will follow in Cayce United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 5-8 p.m. Saturday and from noon until the hour of services Sunday.
Pallbearers will be Mike Major, Jim Major, Lynn Major, Mike Thomas, Ralph Wayne Adams and Barry Cardwell.
Honorary pallbearers will be Brandon Hutchison, Seth Wilkes, Christine Atwill, Bobby and Mattie Vowell, Thelma Linder and Sidney Kennedy.
Kaye was born June 25, 1943, in Dresden, daughter of the late Ernest McGill and the late Tommie (Somers) McGill. She married James G. Hutchison Dec. 25, 1971. He preceded her in death Aug. 5, 2008. Kaye was a retired self employed beautician and a member of Cayce United Methodist Church.
She is survived by one daughter, Emily Wilkes of Woodland Mills; one son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Shannon Hutchison of South Fulton; two grandsons, Brandon Hutchison of South Fulton and Seth Wilkes of Woodland Mills; one brother and sister-in-law, Gary and Patsy McGill of Dyersburg; one niece, Lee Ann Murrell of Dyersburg.
She was also preceded in death by one nephew, Patrick McGill.
