Charlene Chandler

March 21, 1928 – July 09, 2020

Mrs. Charlene Thedford Chandler, age 92, died Thursday, July 9, 2020, at Weakley County Nursing and Rehab Center in Dresden.

Funeral services are incomplete at this time.

Mrs. Chandler was preceded in death by her husband, Van Reid Chandler, Sr.; her son, Van Chandler, Jr.; parents, Elmer Thedford and Glinnie Wright Thedford.

Mrs. Chandler was a retired secretary with Thompson-Cheeseman Accounting Firm in Martin.  She was a graduate of Martin High School and a member of Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by her son, Rick (Diane) Chandler of Paris, TN; daughter-in-law, Betty Chandler of Martin; three grandchildren, John Chandler, Chris Chandler and Holly Chandler; one great-grandchild, Addison Chandler.

Murphy Funeral Home in Martin is in charge of arrangements.
