James E. Fagan, 74, a resident of Obion, died Sept. 15, 2019, at the Tennessee State Veterans Home in Humboldt.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at White-Ranson Funeral Home, with Buddy Griffin to officiate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. on Tuesday.
Fagan was born July 25, 1945, in Obion to the late Lexie D. Fagan and Martha Evie (Hollingsworth) Fagan. He was of the Baptist faith, served in the United States Army and worked in the agriculture industry.
He is survived by three daughters, Sue Moore of Obion, Evie Da Myers of Idaho and Angela Nelson of Union City; one son, Jamie Fagan of Obion; one sister, Wilma Faye Thompson; several grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
