Mrs. Idyl Davenport, 68, of Union City died Monday, Aug. 26, 2019, at West Tennessee Healthcare in Dyersburg.
Memorial services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at Calvary Baptist Church, with Brother David Hagan officiating.
There will be no visitation.
She was born May 2, 1951, in New Orleans, daughter of the late Mike and Idyl (Reneau) Gillette. She married Thomas Hayes Davenport on March 23, 1999. He survives.
She was a supervisor in telephone sales and a member of Calvary Baptist Church Union City.
She is also survived by two daughters, Lisa Maness of Union City and Misty Maness of Rives; five grandchildren; two great-grandsons; and two brothers, Jerry Gillette and Michael Gillette, both of New Orleans.
She was also preceded in death by her brother, Larry Tolodano.
