Raymond Lee Edwards, 87, of Union City died Monday, Jan. 7, 2019, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at White-Ranson Funeral Home, with the Rev. Dale True officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Olive Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be his sons and grandsons.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until hour of services Wednesday at the funeral home.

He was born on Jan. 15, 1931, in Obion County, son of the late George and Icy May (Priest) Edwards. He married the former Elsie Ethridge June 28, 1953. She survives.
He worked as a welder for the former Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company.
He was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Union City and of the Masonic lodge.
He is survived by four sons and daughters-in-law, Mike (Marla) Edwards and George (Tammie) Edwards, both of Union City, Greg (Jill) Edwards of Clarksville and Ralph (Becky) Edwards of Union City; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by his sister, Imogene Sampson; and two brothers, John D. Edwards and H. L. Edwards.
