PERFECTION — Union City High school senior Brad Schlager proudly displays the letter he received announcing his perfect score of 36 on the ACT, a standardized test used for college admissions in the United States. Less than 0.2 percent of the nearly two million students taking the ACT last year made a perfect score. The son of Leigh and Dave Schlager, he has now set the standard for a UCHS student body that ranks seventh in the state — first in rural West Tennessee — in ACT scores.
