Edward “Ed” Dee Guill, 70, of Clinton, Ky., passed away 1:22 p.m. Monday, May 14, 2018, at his sister’s residence.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Brown Funeral Home in Clinton, with the Rev. Glen Stewart and the Rev. Tom Hoskins officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant View Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
He was a U.S. Army veteran, and served during the Vietnam War. He was an active member of New Bethel Baptist Church, serving as their treasurer, and worked at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Sue Campbell Guill of Clinton; daughter, Myranda (Jeremy) Williams of Clinton; two grandchildren, Peyton Rodriguez of Lexington and Jadyn Williams of Clinton; and a sister, Vida (Phillip) Guill McClure of Fulgham, Ky.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Barber Lee and Nellie Christine Reilly Guill; and two sisters, Ruth Ederle and Jo Ann Poyner.
