GETTING HIS KICKS — Three-year-old Andrew Stephens kicked at the powdery snow as he enjoyed a romp in the yard Sunday afternoon, two days after a mix of frozen precipitation blanketed Obion County with five to six inches of snow. He is the son of Kaylee Greene of Union City and Logan Stephens, who is serving in the U.S. Navy. The wintry weather closed city and county schools and most daycares Friday, giving many local youngsters a four-day weekend as the result of today’s Martin Luther King Jr. holiday. Snow is in the forecast again today and tonight, with possible added accumulation of 1 to 2 inches. A winter weather advisory went into effect at noon today and runs until 6 a.m. Tuesday.
