Jerry Wayne Daniel

Jerry Wayne Daniel, 64, of Union City died Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2017, at his residence.
Graveside services were held 2 p.m. Sunday at Mt. Moriah Cemetery near Obion. Gary Smith officiated.
Pallbearers were Todd Daniel, DeWayne Daniel, Brad Daniel, Jason Daniel, Larry Joe Daniel, Travis Daniel and Blake Daniel.
He was born Aug. 27, 1953, in Waverly, the son of the late George W. Daniel and Melba Fuller Daniel of Obion. He was an employee of the former Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in Union City.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by a son, Brian Powers of Brunswick, Ga.; five brothers, Tom Daniel of Ripley, James Daniel, Larry Daniel and Tony Daniel, all of Troy, and Ricky Daniel of Union City; and one grandchild.
He was also preceded in death by two brothers, George W. Daniel Jr. and Frankie Daniel.
