Willie Bea Vormittag

Willie Bea Green Vormittag, 88, of Trimble died Sunday, Nov. 5, 2017, at Dyersburg Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Funeral services for Mrs. Vormittag will be 1 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home in Newbern, with the Rev. Ronnie F. Hale officiating. Interment will follow in New Salem Cemetery near Kenton.
Visitation will be Thursday from 5 until 8 p.m. and on Friday from 11 a.m. until time of services at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Shawn Parnell, Adam Green, Anthony Green, Greg Dozier, Chad Dunivant, Joe Keedy and Allen Marvin.
She was born Sept. 6, 1929, in Waverly, the daughter of the late William Charlie Medley and the late Delia Anne Lou Gordon Medley.
She was a retired employee of Sylvania and Hoover Universal and a Baptist by faith.
She is survived by two sons, Robert Green (Rosalind) of Trimble, and Mark Green (Angie) of Mason Hall; two daughters, Mary Anne Kelley (David) of Newbern, and Linda Parnell (Tommy ) of Trimble; one sister, Ollie Brock (John “Bud”) of Finley; seven grandchildren, Shawn Parnell, Adam Green, Selena Dozier, Anthony Green, Jessica Dunivant, Victoria Keedy and Rebecca Marvin; and eight great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Vormittag; four brothers, Jesse Clyde Medley, Thomas H, Medley, Walter C. Medley and Robert L. “Bobby” Medley; one sister, Ludie Pearl Henderson; and one great-grandson, Nicolas Keedy.
