Jack Raley

Jack Raley, 75, of Fulton  passed away Oct. 1, 2017, at his home.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at Manna Ministries in Union City, with pastor Archie Larry officiating.
He was born Aug. 15, 1942, in Biloxi, Miss., to the late James Henry Raley and the late Annie Gay Franklin of Biloxi. He was a retired river boat captain.
He is survived by his wife, Leanna Marie Raley of Fulton; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Bill and Judy Raley of Waynesville, N.C., and Roy and Jean Raley of Meridian, Miss; his sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Al Reeves of Quitman, Miss; five daughters and two sons-in-law, Carmella Johnson of Sherwood, Ark., Angelia Webb and Stephanie and Frank Morgan, all of Fulton, Cristal and Tyler Gardner of Newbern and Donna Raley; four sons, Joe Webb of West Frankfort, Ill., John Webb of Hickman, Ky., and James Raley and Robert Raley, both of Arkansas; 15 grandchildren, Anthony, Travis and Jenifer Webb, Courtney Walker, Jayda Lopez, Dustin McClure, Amanda Cook, Kayla Nichols, Dylan Nichols, Bradley, Kent, Alaynia and Ethan Webb, Lorin Nolasco and Brandon Morgan; and 26 great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by two sisters and four brothers.
