Ella Worley

Mrs. Ella Worley, 87, of Union City died Sunday, Sept. 3, 2017, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at Sunswept Baptist Church in Union City. The Rev. James Kinsey and the Rev. Steve Carr will officiate. Burial will follow in Obion County Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at White-Ranson Funeral Home from 5-8 p.m. today.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Taylor, Steve Taylor, Steven Worley, Danny Worley, David Worley, Alexander Zalsman, Jacob Worley and Evan Jackson.
Mrs. Worley was born Feb. 18, 1930, in Obion County to the late Thurmond Pollard and the late Annie Mae (Richmond) Pollard. She married Thomas Calvin Worley Dec. 10, 1945. He died March 4, 2009. She was a homemaker and member of Sunswept Baptist Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Judy Gale Gray and her husband, Claude, of Union City and Kathy Ann Reasons and her husband, Dale, of Union City; two sons, David Worley and his wife, Teresa, of Union City and Arthur Worley of South Fulton. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
She is also preceded by a son, Danny Thomas Worley; a granddaughter, Angela Renee Worley; a grandson, James Eugene Worley; two sisters, Dorothy Salyards and Virginia Dill; and one brother, James Pollard.
