LIFESAVING UPGRADE — Obion County Rescue Squad squadman Michael Duncan (left) of Union City and unit director Stan Lee of Troy recently trained on the new “Jaws of Life” rescue tool the squad has purchased. The OCRS members are offering vouchers for a free 10×13-inch family professional family portrait to anyone who makes a donation to the squad. The new tool was purchased to replace the obsolete 1979 model the team has been using for many years and which broke during an extrication. For information about the Obion County Rescue Squad, how to volunteer or to donate, call 446-2137 or 885-0758.
